1- Send It:
Ship your instrument to ESS using the ESS
"Speed-Up" Repair form to describe your problem.
2- Inspect It:
Our technicians will thoroughly inspect your instrument & fax you a repair quote with what needs to be repaired. Just sign & fax back the form to get it repaired.
3-Ship It:
After it has been repaired, ESS will ship your instrument back to you with Federal Express.
